Q: if i want to order a notebook but i'm still not sure what i want for the cover design, is it possible to place an order for a notebook anyway?
A: yes, this is accepted. designinfinity will reserve a notebook under your name for up to three weeks. please state "design undecided/tbd" in the last box provided in the online order form.
Q: i love my notebook and it's a couple months old now. the black outlines are now fading a little and aren't as dark as before; do you offer services in which you can help me retrace the black outlines again to darken them?
A: definitely. the reason for the fading in the black ink is because of contact with air. email designinfinity to have your notebook design cover outlines retraced and darkened. this service is free of charge, and this small problem is easy to fix.
Q: i don't know what i want for my design, but i need it fast, and i am fine with any design. do you have options where the artist can just take over the entire design plans for the notebook cover for me so i don't have to worry about it?
A: yes. designinfinity offers this option; it's called the "hijack design". to do so, just state "hijack design requested" in the last body provided in the online order form.
Q: do you allow customers to bring in a notebook with an empty cover and just have them pay you for only the design, excluding the price of the notebook itself?
A: this option is possible as well. please make sure the surface of the cover can be drawn over by black sharpie pens, sakura soufflé pens, or the uni-ball signo pens. if you're still not sure, you're more than welcome to talk to me about via email!
Q: why is the black notebook more expensive than the beige notebook?
A: the black notebook costs more not because it's a darker cover, but because of the ink used for the design. the white, gold, silver, & pastel colors are worth more than the sharpie ink on the market. however, that doesn't mean black notebooks are better; beige notebooks turn out great as well and are just as popular!
Q: do you sell plain notebooks? for example, just the notebook with no designs?
A: unfornately, designinfinity does not do this. however, you may purchase the exact same notebooks used in the business by visiting the travel store, muji.
